LOZZA LIMITED WARRANTY ON EYEWEAR
LOZZA warrants that its eyewear (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (or one year from the date of delivery if you are a resident of California) (“Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period will not be extended or renewed upon repair or replacement the Product. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the LOZZA eyewear and is non-transferable.
Exclusions
This limited warranty excludes any damage due to: (i) Products altered after purchase; (ii) damage caused by normal wear and tear; (iii) improper or unreasonable use, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product instructions; (iv) scratched or cracked lenses; (v) broken hinges; (vi) lost or stolen items; and (vii) any damage not caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
Remedies
If a Product is found to be defective during the Warranty Period, Company will, at its sole discretion: (a) repair or replace the Product (or the defective part) at no cost to you, or (b) refund the original purchase price. We will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement Product to you if we elect to repair or replace the defective Product.
Submitting Your Warranty Claim
If you believe the above reasons do not exclude you from our limited warranty, please:
- email our team at infousa@lozzaeyewear.com during the Warranty Period to initiate a warranty claim.
- Provide valid proof of purchase from LOZZA.
Once your claim is submitted, our warranty department will review it and notify you within three (3) business days regarding approval or denial. If approved, please securely package the defective Product and clearly include any return identifying number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to the address provided by LOZZA customer service. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. LOZZA is not responsible for Products damaged or lost in transit to our facility.
If, however, LOZZA accepts your warranty claim and finds upon arrival of the defective Product that there is breach of this limited warranty or does not conform with your warranty claim, LOZZA has full discretion to deny repair or replacement of the Product.
Limitations of Liability
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state.
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.
If this warranty agreement is inconsistent with local law, the warranty shall be deemed modified to be consistent with the local law.
Disputes
In the event of legal action, all claims or disputes under this warranty shall be contested in the courts of the State of California.

LOZZA does not manufacture or sell replacement parts for frames, such as a temple, lens or hinge. If you believe that a missing temple, lens or hinge should be covered under warranty, please fill out the form below. LOZZA can provide replacement nose pads and screws if the items are available. These requests are accepted by filling out the form below.
